Head of Finance (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF120,000 - 130,000Role:
For our Rocken partner, we are looking for a responsible and highly organised individual to lead the finance department. Our partner is a public institution that ensures reliable, transparent, and citizen-oriented management of its financial affairs. In this versatile role, you will take on a central position in finance and accounting, coordinate the finance department, and work closely with various internal departments.
Responsibilities:
Professional and organisational leadership of the finance department as well as mentoring and training of apprentices
Responsibility for finance and accounting
Preparation of the budget, annual financial statements and financial planning
Ensuring and handling of tax collection
Management and administration of the insurance portfolio
Co-responsibility for IT
Qualifications:
You have a completed advanced vocational training in finance and accounting or a comparable qualification
A further qualification such as CAS, financial specialist expertise or a similar qualification is an advantage
You bring several years of professional experience in finance and accounting
Fluent German language skills are required
