Property Site Operations Manager

A hands-on role at the heart of Espace Tourbillon

Your responsibilities

Present daily on site, you ensure the proper functioning of the buildings and common areas as well as the overall quality of the site. As the main point of contact for occupants and service providers, you handle their requests, identify maintenance or repair needs and coordinate the necessary interventions. You monitor maintenance services, check the quality of completed work and ensure compliance with costs, deadlines and contractual commitments. You also follow up on claims, inventories and certain administrative tasks related to operations, including the verification of quotes and invoices. In close collaboration with the Director and the Property Manager, you contribute to continuously improving the quality, functionality and attractiveness of the site, with a view to sustainable and socially responsible operation.

Your profile

A hands-on, autonomous and solution-oriented person, you appreciate lively environments where priorities must be managed, various stakeholders coordinated and things moved forward concretely. Reliable and pragmatic, you have a true sense of service and are sensitive to the sustainability and social responsibility issues related to site operations. Comfortable with administrative tasks, you know how to manage several files simultaneously and rigorously check an intervention, a quote or an invoice. Holder of a Federal VET Diploma obtained in Switzerland in a technical building or real estate profession, you have ideally completed additional training in Facility Management or property operations. Your professional background in Geneva or the Lake Geneva region has allowed you to develop a good knowledge of building trades and solid experience in managing service providers.
