Your tasks
- Overall responsibility for payroll, HR administration, time management and social security for over 3,500 employees
- Professional and personnel management of the HR Services & Payroll team
- Ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing including monthly and annual accounts as well as billing for social security, withholding tax and daily allowances
- Continuous development and digitalisation of HR processes
- Close cooperation with the teams of the Personnel Office as well as the Finance and IT departments
Your profile
- Several years of experience in a comparable role, preferably in a larger organisation
- Commercial or business administration training with further education in HR, payroll or social security
- Experience in the optimisation and digitalisation of HR processes
- Structured, precise and independent working style as well as a strong sense of quality and responsibility
- Motivating leadership personality with implementation strength as well as pronounced customer and service orientation
