Specialist in Financial Accounting & HR (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Management of financial and asset accounting as well as support with closing tasks
Account assignment and posting of creditors, incoming payments and cash transactions
Performing account reconciliations and preparing payment runs
Processing and reconciling interface data from payroll and other upstream systems
Managing personnel administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle
Assisting with payroll processing and other personnel-related processes
Advising managers and employees on HR-related issues
Qualifications:
Completed commercial training with further education in accounting and/or HR
Several years of professional experience in a generalist finance and HR role
Balance sheet proficiency as well as good knowledge of financial accounting and personnel administration
Structured, precise and independent working style with a strong affinity for numbers and systems
Communicative, team-oriented personality with initiative and a hands-on mentality
