Professional IT System Engineer (m/f/d)

The role includes the support and further development of IT systems, the implementation of customer-specific projects, and ensuring the highest security standards. You will work closely with customers and be their central point of contact for all technical concerns. - Second-level support, occasional on-call duty
- Participation in IT projects, onboarding new customers
- Responsibility for creating and maintaining IT infrastructure documentation
- Operation and monitoring of the data centre
- Execution of assignments
Qualifications:
- IT training
- Good knowledge of Sophos XG Firewall, Sophos Endpoint Protection, Hycu, Veeam Backup
- Solid Microsoft Cloud experience (installation, administration)
- Big plus: MCSA / CCA certificates
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, driving licence category B
