After-Sales Advisor - Lutry

Autocorner SA is a family business recognised in automotive distribution, representing the Audi, Skoda and BYD brands. With nearly 120 employees, it is established in the cantons of Vaud and Valais through 5 dealerships and 2 used car centres.

As part of the development of our Audi dealership in Lutry, we are looking for an After-Sales Service (SAV) Advisor, for immediate start or to be agreed.

YOUR MISSION

As an After-Sales Advisor, you are the primary contact for our customers after the purchase of their vehicle. You provide a quality welcome, advise and sell after-sales services, while ensuring an impeccable customer experience.

Through your commitment, you actively contribute to customer satisfaction as well as to the development of the performance and quality of our after-sales service.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome, advise and support customers throughout their after-sales journey
• Schedule appointments and accurately analyse needs
• Promote additional services and offerings
• Prepare quotes and obtain customer approval for additional work
• Ensure compliance with commitments (deadlines, costs, quality)
• Return vehicles explaining clearly the work carried out
• Handle invoicing, payment and file closure
• Follow up ongoing files and coordinate with the workshop

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a successful initial experience in automotive after-sales service
• You hold a qualification in mechanics or in administrative management of the automotive sector
• You have strong customer service and advisory skills
• You are rigorous, organised and able to manage priorities
• You are dynamic, flexible, motivated and reliable
• You hold a valid driving licence
• You ideally live in the region or wish to settle there
