You administer the IT systems of the product lines, production, and internal interfaces
You take over manufacturing and assembly of the products as well as quality control, shipping preparation, and warehouse management
You support the evaluation, planning, and development of new products
You supervise and train users and assist with IT projects as well as troubleshooting
You are responsible for support and assist customers with technical enquiries
Qualifications:
You have a qualification as an IT specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification and several years of professional experience
You have very good knowledge of server management, PXE server, and WDS as well as ideally experience with Intel products
You are familiar with Microsoft 365, security, Windows, Linux, and VMware
You bring solid experience in 1st and 2nd level support and enjoy customer contact
Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
