• You have completed a professional apprenticeship or equivalent training
• You have several years of professional experience, ideally in consulting or sales
• You stand out through a results-oriented working method and your talent for sales
• You pursue your goals independently and with great commitment, always keeping an overview
• You have a sense of contact and a desire to develop your network
• You live near the agency and have a good network
