Senior HR Manager (m/f/d) – Permanent – 40% – Sion
Your tasks:
- You join an HR team of 6 people and work closely in tandem with our Head of Personnel and Payroll Administration.
- You ensure the administrative follow-up of the employee life cycle (entries, exits, transfers, maternity/paternity, marriage, retirement, etc.).
- You supervise personnel administration and the drafting of HR documents and letters (employment contracts, amendments, termination letters, warnings, certificates of employment, etc.).
- You manage and support our HR manager and HR assistant, with a control role over documents and files with legal implications.
- You guarantee the monitoring of work permits.
- You process absences in the HRIS.
- You ensure compliance with HR procedures concerning personnel administration.
- You provide occasional support on tasks related to salaries and social insurance, in tandem with the Head of Personnel and Payroll Administration.
- You are a reference person for the daily operation of the HRIS regarding personnel administration and time management, and you support managers and employees with their daily questions.
What you bring:
- You hold an HRSE HR manager certificate or an equivalent qualification.
- You have at least 8 years of experience in personnel administration in comparable Swiss companies.
- You possess very good knowledge of Swiss labour law.
- You are accustomed to rigorously checking legally relevant documents and supervising the work of more junior colleagues.
- You have excellent command of French, both spoken and written. Good knowledge of German is an asset.
- You demonstrate rigour, discretion, autonomy, proactivity and an excellent sense of organisation.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and know how to collaborate with diverse teams.
- You are proficient with IT tools (Office suite) and comfortable with HR systems.
