For our client, an international company based in Fribourg, we are currently looking for a Payroll Specialist. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for preparing the payroll for employees based internationally.

- Prepare payroll for employees based internationally
- Manage employee life cycle and ensure all HR documents are up-to-date
- Provide support and assistance to employees when required; answer queries and prepare documentation
- Be the first point of contact for other departments: Finance, local HR
- Previous experience within an HR department in an international company
- International payroll knowledge would be advantageous
- Autonomous and solutions orientated
- Able to work with strict deadlines
- Excellent level of English, French would be a plus
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Dynamic working environment
