For our client, an international company based in Fribourg, we are currently looking for a Payroll Specialist. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for preparing the payroll for employees based internationally.

Payroll Specialist

Our client is an international company.


  • Prepare payroll for employees based internationally
  • Manage employee life cycle and ensure all HR documents are up-to-date
  • Provide support and assistance to employees when required; answer queries and prepare documentation
  • Be the first point of contact for other departments: Finance, local HR
  • Reporting


  • Previous experience within an HR department in an international company
  • International payroll knowledge would be advantageous
  • Autonomous and solutions orientated
  • Able to work with strict deadlines
  • Excellent level of English, French would be a plus
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
