BrainServe SA is based near Lausanne, our Tier IV certified datacentre is among the best in Europe. Our company offers high-end secure hosting services, mainly to banking institutions and IT service providers. BrainServe SA has been a training company for many years.

To complete our administrative team, we are looking for our future apprentice for the 2027 intake:

As an apprentice, you will participate in the following activities:

• Reception: welcoming clients and managing telephone calls
• Secretarial work: invoicing, mail, filing, archives
• Accounting: entering supplier invoices and monitoring client payments
• Management of the supplies department
• HR: monitoring the employee lifecycle, salaries and social insurance
• Organisation of internal and external events

Your profile:

• Certificate of compulsory schooling completed
• Enjoyment of human contact and team spirit
• Adaptability and versatility
• High level of motivation
• Sense of responsibility, organisation and prioritisation
• Integrity and impeccable reputation
• First professional, apprenticeship or study experience is an asset
