IT Program Manager (m/f/d)
Role:
You are looking for a new challenge as an experienced project portfolio manager or senior IT project manager. In this role, you take responsibility for managing IT projects and contribute to driving digitalisation forward. You are responsible for steering projects and ensuring they are implemented successfully and efficiently. As a senior, you are an important part of the team and bring your experience and knowledge to achieve the goals. You are a motivated and experienced professional who looks forward to the new challenge.
Responsibilities:
You manage the entire IT project landscape from the initial idea to successful completion.
You evaluate new initiatives, set priorities, and coordinate the bank-wide project pipeline.
You plan capacities, budgets, and dependencies and ensure a transparent overall overview.
You lead cross-departmental IT initiatives and support digitalisation, automation, and transformation.
You establish meaningful reporting and further develop governance, methods, and decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
You have a qualification in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
You bring several years of experience in managing complex IT projects and programmes.
You are familiar with financial planning, capacity management, and project controlling.
You understand IT infrastructures, business applications, cloud technologies, and digital change projects.
You convince through analytical thinking, confident communication, negotiation skills, and consistent action; banking experience is a plus.
