MDM System Engineer (m/f/d)

Role:
In this role, you design modern mobile IT infrastructures, conceive solutions, and implement them in complex system landscapes. You take on system migrations, integrations, and develop detailed solution concepts with a focus on mobile security. You are responsible for project management in customer projects, coordinate tasks, and analyse technical problems to devise new solutions. Additionally, you act as a technical contact person for enquiries and training related to Mobile Device Management. Through close support and further development of customers, you continuously work on optimising and expanding existing mobile security environments.
Responsibilities:
- You develop, design, and implement mobile IT infrastructures for customers.
- In this role, you carry out system migrations and integrate solutions into complex IT landscapes.
- As an MDM System Engineer, you advise customers on mobile security and develop detailed solution concepts.
- You take on project management, plan tasks, and coordinate activities in customer projects.
- In this role, you analyse technical problems and design appropriate new solutions.
- You contribute your technical expertise to enquiries, training, and the further development of customer relationships.
Qualifications:
- You have a technical basic education and/or further training (FA/HF).
- You have already gained project experience in the IT sector.
- You are characterised by a strong customer and service orientation.
- You work analytically, structured, and solution-oriented.
- You bring practical experience with Microsoft Intune or other MDM solutions for iOS, Android, and macOS.
- You communicate fluently in German and English; French or Italian is a plus.
