You ensure the reliable maintenance of cloud, network, and server infrastructure with your technical expertise
You operate existing cloud platforms according to defined standards and continuously develop their processes
In case of technical faults, you take over the analysis and troubleshooting and optimise the cloud services
As part of the 2nd level support, you assist customers and internal departments with technical concerns
Additionally, you automate processes with PowerShell and ensure compliance with ISO 27001 ISMS guidelines
Qualifications:
A basic IT education specialising in system technology and several years of professional experience form your foundation
You have very good knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure basic services
Entra ID, SharePoint, and Exchange Online are also part of your technical repertoire
Fluent written and spoken German, good English skills at B1 level
