Head of Finance & Accounting (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You take responsibility for daily financial accounting
You handle complex business transactions and perform reconciliations
You ensure compliance with local (OR) as well as international accounting standards (IFRS, FINMA)
You manage tax matters in the area of direct and indirect taxes
You coordinate audits and act as the central contact person for auditors
You maintain regulatory contacts in the banking and legal environment
You lead a small accounting team and promote its development
You actively contribute to the further development of processes and the digitalisation of the finance area
Qualifications:
You have completed further training as a certified expert in accounting & controlling
You possess sound knowledge of OR & IFRS
You have at least 5 years of experience in accounting/finance and are familiar with audit processes
You have leadership experience and can motivate and develop a team
Ideally, you have experience with consolidation tools such as Hyperion
You communicate confidently in German and English; additional languages are welcome
