Clerk in Finance and Accounting (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 105,000Role:
For our Rocken partner, we are looking for an experienced individual for a versatile role in finance and accounting. You will actively participate in the ongoing accounting of various companies and take on varied tasks from accounts payable and receivable to reporting.
Responsibilities:
You will jointly manage the financial accounting of various companies with the team and take care of the accounts payable and receivable processes
You will prepare monthly and quarterly reports and contribute to their continuous development
You will prepare the payment runs and ensure their correct and timely execution
You will work with existing finance and reporting tools and create meaningful Excel analyses as well as other finance-related documents
You will analyse existing processes and contribute your own ideas for the optimisation of finance processes and tools
You will work closely with internal contacts, gather their requirements and support the implementation of practical finance solutions
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and hold or are about to complete the Swiss federal diploma in finance and accounting
You bring relevant practical experience in operational accounting and are familiar with the entire accounting process
You have very good Excel skills, especially in the areas of pivot tables, formulas and automations
Fluent German language skills are required
