Training Assistant
Workplace: Sion
Fixed-term contract of 6 months
Your mission:
Your responsibilities:
- Ensure the entry, updating, and verification of training-related data in IT systems.
- Manage training registrations and carry out the administrative follow-up of files.
- Check the quality and consistency of data, correct errors, and ensure information is kept up to date.
- Prepare and send invitations, certificates, and other administrative documents related to training.
- Ensure filing, archiving, and document management in the Training domain.
Your skills:
- Commercial employee certificate (CFC) or equivalent training.
- Experience in an administrative role, ideally in training.
- Very good knowledge of common office tools, especially Excel.
- Comfortable with IT systems and database management; SAP is an advantage.
- Excellent rigour and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks reliably and precisely.
- Organisational skills and respect for deadlines.
- Discretion, service orientation, and team spirit.
- Good knowledge of French. German is an asset.
