ZurichYour Tasks
- You are responsible for the administrative part of case management, undertake various tasks on behalf of the case-managing social workers, and are the contact person for administrative matters.
- You prepare invoices according to budget specifications and support guidelines, check and post invoices, and process recharges.
- You assert third-party claims, e.g. claiming subsidiary benefits.
- You record, modify and document client data in the specialist application Tutoris and monitor appointments as well as documents to be submitted.
- You ensure the team’s telephone and personal availability, conduct clarification interviews and arrange appointments with social workers if necessary.
- You process incoming and outgoing mail and compile the annual documents for the review of indigence according to the social insurance administration process.
Your Profile
- Completed training as a commercial clerk with a federal diploma (EFZ)
- Several years of professional experience in the social sector or in social insurance.
- Very good MS Office application skills
- Knowledge of client databases such as "Tutoris" is an advantage
- Resilient and committed personality with an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong interconnected thinking as well as high service and team orientation

Your Salary
Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 75,000 and 95,000 Swiss francs per year.
The exact salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may be classified below the salary range in individual cases. In addition, AOZ pays allowances for work at night and on Sundays. Further salary development depends on your performance and AOZ’s financial possibilities.
