What is my role?

• You handle order processing for worldwide service assignments - from planning to follow-up

• You are the first point of contact for customer enquiries and coordinate complaints

• You work closely with your team to carry out all assignments efficiently

• You contribute your ideas and help to further develop the service area

• A small share of 10% travel activity to customers internationally

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical training with commercial further education

• Enjoyment of customer contact and teamwork

• Independent and responsible way of working

• Good IT and ERP knowledge

• Very good German skills and good English skills
