ICT Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Support & Troubleshooting: Handle requests in the ticket system, resolve hardware, software, and network issues, manage escalations
Users & Systems: Set up accounts, manage permissions, maintain Active Directory and Microsoft Entra
Devices & Infrastructure: Perform installations, maintenance, repairs, device replacements, as well as restore/restart
Projects & Operations: Participate in IT projects, evaluate new solutions, take on on-call duties
Knowledge & Documentation: Conduct training sessions, maintain instructions and checklists
Qualifications:
Education & Experience: Completed IT apprenticeship, 3-5 years of experience in a Windows environment, preferably in an industrial company
Certifications & Know-how: Microsoft certifications advantageous, solid technical knowledge
Languages: Fluent in German & English, French/Italian desirable
Mobility: Category B driving licence required
Personality: Service-oriented, responsible, enjoys supporting users
