Technical Clerk Production Planning (m/f/d)

Role:
Do you want to apply your technical experience in production planning and manufacturing scheduling? In this role, you ensure reliable production bases, optimise existing processes and support economical manufacturing. You will work in a small, well-coordinated team and take on versatile tasks.
Responsibilities:
You create and optimise bills of materials and work plans in the ERP system and ensure high data quality.
You analyse time specifications for manufacturing processes and adjust them together with the responsible departments.
You take over production order planning.
You analyse manufacturing processes and workflows and develop appropriate improvement measures.
You take on versatile tasks within the small team and ensure reliable handling of daily business through mutual representation.
You contribute to the standardisation of product structures and help design the setup of modular manufacturing documents.
Qualifications:
You have completed a technical or industrial basic education (EFZ), ideally supplemented by further training as a process specialist with a federal certificate, technician HF in business processes or a comparable qualification.
You bring experience in production planning in a manufacturing company as well as good knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes.
You have a strong sense of technical contexts, approach tasks analytically and complete them independently and carefully.
You convince with analytical thinking, technical understanding as well as an independent, structured and precise working style and are characterised by team spirit, reliability and solution orientation.
You have good German language skills, both spoken and written.
