Role:
For an established Swiss company in the energy sector, we are looking for a service-oriented person for billing. You will handle various business cases, ensure the quality of consumption and master data, and liaise with property management and owners. A versatile role awaits you between data, billing and customer contact.
Responsibilities:
You handle various business cases in billing and ensure correct processing
You maintain and clean customer and property data
You clarify open questions with property management, owners and other contacts
You support invoicing and the dispatch of energy bills
You contribute to further tasks and optimisations in the billing process
Qualifications:
You have a completed commercial apprenticeship EFZ
Knowledge of Abacus and an industry solution for energy suppliers is a plus
You communicate confidently and customer-oriented in German
