Digital health solutions connect technology, processes, and people. We are looking for a committed professional who manages clinical applications, further develops innovative IT solutions in the healthcare environment, and acts as an interface between departments, users, and technology.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the stable operation and further development of a modern Clinical Information System (CIS)
Support and optimisation of medical applications across the entire system landscape
Analysis of requirements from departments and translation into technical solutions
Coordination of changes, releases, and further developments within the application environment
Ensuring high system availability and sustainable resolution of technical challenges
Supporting users with complex queries and error analyses
Participation in digitalisation projects in healthcare and the introduction of new functions
Collaboration with manufacturers, IT teams, and interdisciplinary stakeholders
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and operational concepts
Process optimisation using modern methods such as ITIL, process management, and automation
Qualifications:
Education in computer science, business informatics, or comparable qualification
Experience in application management or operation of complex business applications
Knowledge of clinical systems, health informatics, or hospital IT is an advantage
Experience with application support, release management, and process optimisation
Understanding of interfaces, data flows, and system integration
Structured and solution-oriented working style
Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with various departments
Interest in modern technologies in digital health, cloud solutions, and healthcare IT
