MAIN TASKS

• Independently manage the hospitality services of a floor
• Prepare the rooms
• Welcome patients (explanations, luggage, escort to room)
• Manage meal orders taking into account any dietary restrictions or other special requests
• Manage meal distribution and provide room service
• Handle requests (flowers, concierge, visitor meals, etc.)
• Organise patient departures (luggage, transport)
• Participate in bar service (light refreshments)
• Participate in the service and setup of internal or external Hirslanden events

YOUR PROFILE

• You have recognised training in hospitality and experience in a luxury environment or healthcare facility
• Your language skills are an important asset for our clientele: you are fluent in both French and English
• Discreet, well-presented, and with a strong sense of service, you know how to meet the expectations of a demanding clientele
• Flexible and available (including irregular hours and weekends)
