Team Leader Assembly (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the establishment and organisation of the assembly departments in Switzerland, Austria, Germany, and Poland
- The leadership and training of the assembly teams is in your hands, as well as the planning and allocation of assembly assignments
- You calculate and determine the assembly costs and as an assembly supervisor you support new international sales partners
- You represent the project managers at construction meetings and form the central interface between fitters, project managers, and production
- You maintain reporting and prepare detailed reports and ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations on the construction sites
Qualifications:
- You have a technical basic training as a heating installer, plant and apparatus builder, electrician or comparable, experience as a leader in assembly is required
- A higher technical qualification at TS, FH or HTL level is an advantage
- You can read and analyse technical drawings and have good ERP knowledge as well as experience with CAD
- You bring a high willingness to travel (approx. 80%) as well as a category B driving licence
- You have very good German skills and good English skills, additional foreign language skills are a further plus
