Installation, setup, and maintenance of the Autostore scanning solution and the DMS Suite IPA independently
Support during the design phase and assistance with Proof of Concept (PoC) projects
Ensuring billable services in the customer environment
Operational customer support in the ongoing daily operations
Handling support requests in 2nd and 3rd level support for technical challenges
Monitoring and ensuring the stability and operational readiness of the deployed solutions
Training and advising customers on the effective use of the provided systems
Creating technical documentation such as operating and acceptance documents
Qualifications:
Completed training in computer science (EFZ) or a related electronic/electrical field
Several years of experience in IT infrastructure or system administration
Solid knowledge in managing and maintaining Windows server environments
Fluent German language skills
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Azure cloud solutions, Regex as well as Active Directory, Group Policies, and IIS
