Accounts Receivable Clerk (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF70,000 - 80,000Our client is an internationally active company in the field of technical solutions for buildings and energy efficiency. The company develops and sells products for various applications and combines technological expertise with a high standard of quality and sustainability.

Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the company’s outstanding receivables
- Sending payment reminders and dunning letters
- Checking and tracking customer accounts for outstanding payments
- Communicating with customers regarding outstanding invoices, in a friendly and firm manner
- Coordinating collection measures if customers do not pay on time
- Collaborating with collection agencies or lawyers to initiate legal steps
- Updating accounting data to track incoming payments and reminders
- Preparing reports on outstanding receivables and the status of dunning processes
Qualifications:
- Commercial basic training
- Further training as an accounting clerk
- Several years of professional experience in accounts receivable accounting
- Communicative and open to learning new things
- Structured and forward-looking working style
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, good French skills are an advantage
