Sales Support Specialist Export 100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Handling international customer enquiries by phone and email
Creating and following up sales offers based on internal guidelines
Obtaining prices, delivery times, samples and technical information
Coordinating clarifications with sales, technical, quality and other departments
Tracking open offers, customer enquiries and internal feedback
Maintaining customer and transaction data in CRM and ERP systems
Updating price lists and various sales documents
Preparing simple evaluations and overviews for sales
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship, for example as a commercial clerk EFZ, or comparable qualification
Professional experience in internal sales, customer service, export or a similar environment
Confident use of MS Office and willingness to learn new CRM and ERP systems
Interest in technical products and ability to understand information from various areas
Structured and reliable working style with good self-organisation
Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
French skills are an advantage
