To ensure the quality of our "tailor-made" services, we are looking for a:

Cook (m/f/d)

80% during the school year (12 weeks holiday)

(with a school contract providing for 12 weeks holiday, corresponding to an annualised employment rate of approx. 70%)

At an international school

Your tasks

• Independently carry out hot and cold production
• Ensure service and replenishment
• Contribute to a good atmosphere and sociability during service through a friendly reception
• Participate in the smooth running of the kitchen: creating menus, placing orders
• Ensure the delivery of meals prepared at the school
• Participate in monthly inventories and cleaning tasks
• Guarantee the quality of the culinary performance
• Make your safety and that of your colleagues a priority
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene standards (HACCP)
• You have the opportunity to bring in your creativity and ideas to support the overall development of our services for our customers and guests.

Your skills and talents

• Cook diploma / training in the hotel and catering industry
• You are passionate about your profession and combine technique with creativity.
• Sensitive to the use of healthy, local, seasonal and fresh products
• You strive to satisfy customers and are a flexible, creative person with the ambition to make suggestions
• Enjoy working in a team
• Proficiency in English is a must to meet the requirements of an international population.
