Junior Site Manager Civil Engineering (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- You take on the leadership and coordination of construction projects in the field of civil and track construction.
- You plan and monitor the construction process, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality standards.
- You are responsible on site for leading the construction team and managing subcontractors.
- You ensure the implementation of safety regulations and work closely with authorities, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- You document the construction progress, prepare reports, and carry out construction accounting.
- You act as a contact person for clients, residents, and other stakeholders, resolving open questions or issues.
Qualifications:
- You have a basic technical education in construction, ideally as a road builder, bricklayer, or federally certified foreman.
- You have experience in civil and track construction and possess a solid technical understanding.
- You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner and are capable of leading and motivating a team.
- You are familiar with the relevant standards and regulations and can ensure their compliance on site.
- You communicate clearly and reliably and are able to maintain an overview even in stressful situations.
- You have a high degree of personal responsibility and enjoy working independently and efficiently.
