Customer Service Specialist

The Swiss energy sector is undergoing change: New regulatory frameworks, a possible liberalisation of the electricity market, and advancing digitalisation are fundamentally altering the requirements for energy suppliers. Would you like to actively shape the energy transition and are you interested in the processes surrounding decentralised electricity production? In this versatile role, you take responsibility for supporting electricity producers, managing energy data, and ensuring regulatory processes. You work at the interface between customers, installation companies, Pronovo, and internal specialist departments to ensure smooth network operation.

What to expect

• You advise and support customers in 2nd-level support
• Administration of feed-in systems is one of your central tasks, as well as processing and maintaining master and transaction data in energy and billing systems
• Management of Guarantees of Origin (GoO) and coordination with Pronovo
• Contact person for electricity producers, installation companies, authorities, and internal specialist departments
• You are responsible for implementing and monitoring legal and regulatory requirements
• Management and handling of various operational tasks such as master data maintenance, contract recording, and new system inspections are in your hands
• Participation in digitalisation and optimisation projects as well as active process development

What you bring

• Commercial or technical basic training, preferably with further education in the energy sector
• Professional experience in the energy or electricity sector is an advantage
• Systemic thinking and interest in regulatory and energy economic contexts
• Structured, precise, and independent working style
• High IT affinity and enthusiasm for digital processes
• Team-oriented, communicative, and service-minded personality
• Knowledge in one or more of the following areas is desirable:
