IT Support Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Ensuring 2nd-level support for central IT platforms and services
Analysing and independently resolving complex technical faults from 1st-level support
Close collaboration with 1st- and 3rd-level support as well as coordination of escalations
Support with technical questions regarding network, firewall and IT security
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, process descriptions and instructions
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable qualification
At least 3 years of professional experience in IT support or system environment
Good knowledge of network, firewalls and encryption technologies
Fluent German and French skills as well as strong service and solution orientation
Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter from a border region
