Lead System Engineer (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the strategic, organisational, and technical further development of the service portfolio. In doing so, you lead a growing team of system engineers (5 to 10 FTEs) and maintain close contact with customers and the responsible parties.
Responsibilities:
- You take the lead in structuring and further developing the service offering for the customers' local IT infrastructure
- You optimise the relevant processes
- You plan the monthly and weekly deployments of your team, including capacities, tasks, and assignments
- You coordinate with internal and external customer and project managers
- You ensure compliance with SLAs towards customers
- You directly support selected customers
- You support the overarching incident management both during and outside business hours
Qualifications:
- You have a solid education in computer science
- You bring at least 10 years of experience as a system engineer
- You have several years of leadership experience of system engineers in an IT service provider environment
- You possess good communication skills and use them purposefully to continuously improve our service offering internally and externally
- You are willing to participate in our 7x24 on-call organisation
