Your mission

Attached to the Electricity division, you will manage your projects from design to completion, in collaboration with the Sanitary, HVAC, Building Automation, Energy Efficiency, and Building Physics teams.

You will notably be required to:

• design and plan electrical installations for high and low currents;
• develop technical concepts adapted to the needs of each project;
• establish principle diagrams and perform sizing;
• ensure project management tasks;
• prepare cost estimates, schedules, and ensure financial monitoring of projects;
• prepare specifications and tender documents;
• coordinate the various stakeholders and oversee as well as monitor the works;
• organise the acceptance of installations;
• support clients in their construction and renovation projects;
• maintain a trusting relationship with clients and partners;
• actively contribute to the company’s social and environmental performance.

You will be able to rely on the technical skills of the Electricity division members as well as the expertise of our other teams.

Your profile

• Engineering degree in electricity or Federal VET Diploma as an electrician installer or electrician planner;
• at least five years of experience in an engineering office or company in a similar position;
• good knowledge of Swiss standards, notably NIBT, OIBT, SIA, and AEAI;
• proficiency in AutoCAD, WinProgitel, Relux/DIALux, and MS Office tools;
• ability to manage priorities and handle several projects simultaneously;
• ease in communication with clients, contractors, and companies;
• rigour, autonomy, listening skills, and a taste for teamwork;
• strong interest in energy and environmental issues.
