Responsibility for the operation and continuous development of defined areas of the Microsoft 365 platform
Design and implementation of new M365 functions and workplace solutions considering security and user-friendliness
Analysis of the technical impact of new services on user experience, security, and IT infrastructure
Development of solutions to increase productivity and user acceptance based on professional requirements
Collaboration with IT infrastructure, architecture, governance, and external partners as well as support of change and adoption processes
Qualifications:
Completed studies in computer science, information technology or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in the administration and further development of Microsoft 365 environments
Very good knowledge of Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Viva
Experience with PowerShell, automation, and technical M365 solutions
Strong understanding of business, security, and technical requirements as well as fluent German and good English skills
