Project Manager Mechanical Engineering (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 120,000Role:
You lead the technical and procedural management of the entire project lifecycle. As the central communication interface, you coordinate interdisciplinary, often international teams and ensure transparent information flow to all stakeholders. Your task is to identify risks early and develop innovative solutions to confidently achieve the project goals.
Responsibilities:
Comprehensive project management (schedule, technology, costs and quality) for development and customer orders.
Extensive project planning including resource management, budget monitoring and scheduling.
Technical leadership and motivation of the international project team in all project phases.
Coordination of all stakeholders - from design through manufacturing to suppliers and customers.
Preparation of technical documentation, status reports and conducting project reviews.
Customer consulting and support from the specification sheet to successful final acceptance and final billing.
Qualifications:
Completed studies (FH/ETH/University) in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a related technical field.
Proven, several years of experience in overall project management of complex projects in mechanical or plant engineering.
Solid knowledge of project management methods (classical, agile or hybrid) and corresponding tools (e.g. PLANTA, OpenProject, MS Project).
Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills as well as a high sense of responsibility.
Very good German and business fluent English skills in spoken and written form.
