Modern workplaces need more than functioning devices. We are looking for a technically strong personality who will further develop a central workplace platform, automate processes and shape the digital workplace of the future with Microsoft Intune, Windows 11 and PowerShell.
Responsibilities:
Technical responsibility for a modern Windows 11 workplace platform
Further development of endpoint management with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Configuration Manager
Design of standardised client architectures for different requirements
Planning, packaging, testing and automated distribution of software
Development of PowerShell automations for deployment, administration and operation
Establishment of efficient processes for software lifecycle, patch management and endpoint configuration
Planning and implementation of client migrations and platform modernisations
Further development of security and compliance standards in the modern workplace
Analysis and optimisation of endpoint performance and user experience
Support with complex technical incidents in 1st and 2nd level support
Participation in incident, change, release, problem and configuration management according to ITIL
Automation and standardisation of recurring operational processes
Technical consulting of specialist departments on questions regarding clients, infrastructure and platforms
Participation in the strategic further development of the digital workplace
Qualifications:
Training as an IT specialist, platform developer or comparable technical qualification
Practical experience in endpoint management, workplace engineering or system administration
Good knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Windows 11 and Configuration Manager
Experience in software packaging, deployment and client lifecycle management
Good PowerShell skills and enthusiasm for automation
Understanding of modern endpoint security and device management
Ideally experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Autopilot and Microsoft Defender
Analytical thinking and ability to quickly grasp complex technical contexts
Structured and independent working style
Strong problem-solving skills and quality awareness
Strong communication skills in exchange with technical and non-technical contacts
Motivation to take on professional responsibility and develop towards leadership
