Responsibilities:
You record and process international orders until further handling.
Customer correspondence and handling complaints are part of your duties.
You check and maintain price lists and customer data in the system.
You check billing documents for completeness and accuracy.
You assist in the development of internal customs processes.
You prepare customs tariffs and proof of origin documents.
You take on defined tasks as part of the SAP S/4HANA implementation.
You support international projects in organisation and implementation.
Qualifications:
Commercial qualification and solid professional experience in international business.
Further training in customs or foreign trade is a plus.
Experience with export and sales processes is required.
Good user knowledge of SAP and common office applications.
Additional foreign languages are an advantage.
Initiative, independence, and a structured way of working.
You have very good German skills.
Good English skills for international communication.
