We are looking for our farm workshop and to support our adult beneficiaries in agricultural activities a:
Master Socio-Professional Farmer (M/F)
Your mission :
- Management of our biodynamic agricultural operation in collaboration with other external workshops.
- Socio-professional support for adults with disabilities in farm activities:
- Forage crop and arable crop production.
- Hedge and forest maintenance.
- Animal production: care of livestock and breeding (beef cattle, sheep, fattening pigs, poultry, etc.).
- Contribute to the development of individual projects for each beneficiary, providing active support in their implementation.
- Work in a multidisciplinary team, with internal and external partners, to ensure a coherent and quality approach.
What we expect from you:
- Agro Practitioner Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC).
- Socio-professional master training desired.
- Experience and genuine interest in supporting people with disabilities.
- Energy, autonomy, creativity and flexibility on a daily basis to adapt your interventions.
- Strong interpersonal and administrative skills, essential to facilitate smooth communication with teams and file management.
- Experience with livestock and forage crops.
