Your profile:

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as a Nurseryman (Federal Certificate welcome)
• Proven experience in nursery plant production, especially in field cultivation
• Excellent knowledge of trees and shrubs
• Mastery of production processes and crop planning
• Ability to manage a team and train apprentices
• Experience in using agricultural machinery
• Dynamic and enterprising personality
• Good interpersonal skills
