Role:
For our Rocken partner, a successful and growing Swiss company in the industrial sector, we are looking for a committed individual as Team Leader Accounting. In this responsible leadership role, you will lead the accounting team and, together with your team, ensure reliable, efficient, and legally compliant financial accounting. You will further develop existing structures and processes.
Responsibilities:
You lead, manage and develop the accounting team both professionally and personally
You support the Finance Management in daily operational business
You ensure the correct management of the general ledger including account reconciliations and master data maintenance
You are jointly responsible with your team for the accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting including dunning
You are responsible for the management and posting of bank accounts
You contribute to the implementation of legal and professional guidelines
Qualifications:
You have a completed commercial basic education, ideally supplemented by further training in finance and accounting
You bring several years of professional experience in finance and accounting
You are confident in closing the general ledger as well as in balance sheets and profit and loss accounts
You have good user knowledge of common accounting software, ERP systems and MS Office
You are proactive, communicative, customer- and performance-oriented
Fluent German and English skills are required
