We are supporting an international organisation in the recruitment of a Procurement Support Specialist (indirect) to reinforce its procurement team on a temporary basis. The role focuses on supporting indirect procurement activities, procurement administration, sourcing processes, and stakeholder coordination across several corporate service categories.

Description
- Provide day-to-day support to internal stakeholders on procurement processes and procedures.
- Review purchase requisitions and ensure completeness and compliance with procurement requirements.
- Support sourcing activities and supplier selection processes.
- Prepare and process purchase orders in line with internal procedures.
- Assist with the administration and follow-up of supplier contracts.
- Conduct market research and gather information to support procurement decisions.
- Prepare and manage procurement documentation within the eSourcing platform.
- Coordinate communications with internal stakeholders and suppliers throughout procurement processes.
- Support vendor performance follow-up and contract-related administrative activities.
- Contribute to the smooth execution of procurement operations and related reporting activities.
Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement support, procurement operations, purchasing administration, or procurement coordination.
- Experience supporting indirect procurement activities within a structured environment.
- Familiarity with tendering processes and procurement documentation.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good command of French is considered an asset.
- Experience using ERP systems and eSourcing tools.
- Strong attention to detail and customer-oriented mindset.
