What to expect

• International sales processing, in particular receiving, recording, checking, processing and forwarding customer orders
• Recording and forwarding technical enquiries to Research & Development, Quality Control, Application Technology
• Written and telephone contact with customers, subsidiaries, representatives
• Interface between sales field service, production planning, quality control and shipping
• Supporting Key Account Managers and sales management
• Data maintenance and keeping statistics

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial training
• Professional experience in international order processing is an advantage
• Very good MS Office skills
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Good oral and written communication skills in English are required, further language skills are a plus
• Reliable, independent and structured way of working
