For the further expansion of a modern IT environment, an experienced individual is sought as Senior ICT System Engineer. The position combines technical engineering with direct customer contact and offers the opportunity to take long-term responsibility for demanding ICT infrastructures.
The focus is on Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, networks, virtualisation, and security. In addition to ongoing operations, the conception and implementation of customer projects are also central tasks.
Responsibilities:
Technical support and overall responsibility for ICT infrastructures in the SME environment
Planning, operation, and further development of modern hybrid cloud environments
Conception and implementation of migrations, system renewals, cloud integrations, and security projects
Consulting customers in the areas of network, security, server, virtualisation, and backup
Analysis and sustainable resolution of complex faults as well as continuous optimisation of existing systems
Building long-term customer relationships and technical support throughout the entire lifecycle
Qualifications:
Training as an ICT specialist EFZ with at least 3 years of professional experience as an ICT system engineer
Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Entra ID, and Azure
Solid experience with networks, virtualisation, security, and data backup
Experience in planning and implementing IT and customer projects
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with pronounced pragmatism
Confident and professional appearance, good communication skills, and a category B driving licence
