Junior System Engineer (m/f/d)

Role:
Are you passionate about technology and eager to consistently expand your knowledge? In this position as Junior System Administrator Microsoft 365 in Root, you keep the ICT infrastructure of various customer environments running. Windows Server, virtualisation, and Microsoft 365 (M365) are part of your daily toolkit. An experienced team will show you the tricks and give you space to take on responsibility step by step.
Responsibilities:
You keep server, network, and cloud systems stable and up to date in operation.
You assist in the service desk and bring customer concerns to a clean solution.
You actively participate in engineering and project teams on customer projects.
Furthermore, you independently carry out your first own sub-projects.
Additionally, you carefully document systems and adjustments.
You also provide technical input for quotations and solution concepts.
Qualifications:
You have completed IT training, preferably in system technology or platform.
You have initial practical experience with server environments or cloud services.
New technologies excite you and you gladly pursue certifications.
Accuracy characterises your working style, even when it gets hectic.
Furthermore, you approach customers openly and courteously.
You also express yourself clearly in German and can easily read English manuals.
