Service Technician (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Carrying out maintenance, repair and servicing work on technical systems and machines
- Diagnosing and resolving technical faults and problems on site
- Installing and commissioning new devices and systems
- Customer advice and support in the technical area
- Creating and maintaining service reports and documentation
- Collaborating with other departments to improve service processes
Qualifications:
- Completed basic technical training (e.g. mechanic, electronics technician, mechatronics technician)
- Good knowledge of mechanics and electronics
- Professional experience as a service technician is an advantage
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
- Valid driving licence category B is mandatory
- High level of customer orientation and communication skills
- Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
- Willingness to travel occasionally for work
