Finance and Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF120,000 - 150,000Responsibilities:
- Carrying out accounting in accordance with legal requirements and internal guidelines
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to Swiss Code of Obligations (OR)
- Analysis of financial data and deriving recommendations for management
- Handling accounting questions and ensuring compliance with tax regulations
- Leading and coordinating the accounting team
- Responsible for dunning and debt collection as well as quarterly VAT returns
- Continuous optimisation of accounting processes
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training or degree with a focus on accounting/controlling
- Professional finance certificate desirable
- Several years of professional experience in accounting
- Sound knowledge of German tax law and accounting according to OR
- Confident use of accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team leadership skills and strong communication abilities
