You are interested in network technology, IT systems, and cyber security and want to contribute to ensuring that business-critical infrastructures function reliably? In this position, you monitor complex system landscapes, analyse disruptions, and support the secure operation of IT, telecommunications, and OT environments.
You can expect a varied technical environment where initiative, willingness to learn, and teamwork are required. You will work closely with various specialist departments and continuously develop your knowledge in monitoring, incident management, and security.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring and operation of IT, network, telecommunications, and OT systems
Recording, classification, and prioritisation of disruptions and events in the ticketing system
Analysis, localisation, and resolution of technical disruptions in complex system environments
Monitoring of security events and support in handling security incidents
Coordination of field services, 2nd-level support, and external service providers
Follow-up of incidents and ensuring structured disruption management
Qualifications:
Completed studies in computer science, network technology, cyber security, or a comparable qualification
Solid technical fundamentals in IT and network technology
Experience with monitoring and ticketing tools
Interest in cyber security, automation, and AI-supported technologies
Independent, solution-oriented, and eager-to-learn personality with strong team spirit
Fluent German and English skills; knowledge of Italian is an advantage
