Role:

For our Rocken partner, we are looking for an experienced individual who will further develop the finance and controlling area with foresight and leadership skills. You will be responsible for central financial and organisational matters, coordinate the relevant processes, and ensure a reliable basis for corporate management. As an important contact person for the executive management, you will contribute your expertise on financial issues and actively shape the further development of the area.

Responsibilities:

• You bear overall responsibility for the professional, personnel, financial and organisational management of the finance and controlling department

• You manage the financial planning processes and coordinate budgeting, reporting, cost accounting as well as the preparation of the annual financial statements

• You prepare meaningful evaluations and key figures and provide financial decision-making bases for the management level

• You ensure the quality of the relevant processes and continuously develop the existing quality management

Qualifications:

• You have a solid education or further training in the field of finance, accounting or controlling as well as several years of professional experience in a comparable position

• You have experience in managing employees and are characterised by an appreciative and goal-oriented leadership style

• You are well versed in financial planning, accounting, budgeting and reporting as well as cost and performance accounting

• You have fluent German language skills in spoken and written form
