For an established healthcare institution in the Zurich area, we are looking for a committed individual to take on the role of Head of Nursing Development with immediate effect or by arrangement.
In this responsible position, you will play a central role in the professional and strategic advancement of nursing. You will combine nursing science expertise with quality development, project management, and leadership, actively shaping the future direction of nursing.

Your Responsibilities
- Strategic and professional development of nursing in collaboration with the responsible nursing management
- Professional leadership and development of a cross-departmental expert committee in the field of nursing
- Development, introduction, and continuous improvement of nursing standards, concepts, and guidelines
- Planning, coordination, and implementation of nursing projects as well as interprofessional development projects
- Participation in internal clinical and overarching specialist and steering committees
- Advising and supporting managers and nursing specialists on professional and development-related issues
- Supporting and enabling nursing teams in implementing changes and new standards
- Promoting evidence-based and quality-oriented nursing practice
- Contributing to innovation, digitalisation, and change processes
Our Requirements
- Completed Master’s degree in Nursing Science or Master of Science in Nursing, or a corresponding degree nearing completion
- Solid knowledge of evidence-based nursing as well as quality and care development
- Experience in optimising clinical processes and implementing change processes
- Strong strategic and conceptual thinking
- High organisational skills and experience in leading or coordinating projects
- Enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration
- Excellent communication skills and convincing leadership competencies
- High sense of responsibility and an independent, solution-oriented working style
- Interest in innovation, digitalisation, and continuous nursing development
